Helen Payne Activate Enterprise Thames Valley

I would highly recommend AIM Apprenticeships – It is easy-to-use, the vacancy goes live instantly and the applications are easy to manage. As an organisation we have uploaded nearly 100 vacancies with AIM in a very short period of time, and I am very pleased with how easy this was to carry out and manage. The system is very straight-forward, and all applications come directly to your inbox so you do not have to worry about downloading them. The vacancy goes live as soon as you have completed the ‘Post Job’ submission form. This is great as with other apprenticeship vacancy sites there is a long sign off process and can take sometimes 3-4 days to get live. The AIM vacancy form enables you to put in all the information you would need to with no strict rules or restrictions on what you can post. This makes the process a lot easier to manage as it means we do not have to spend time as much time ensuring our vacancies fit into their template – the site works around the person uploading it. This is a great system, but what makes it stand-out is the support from the AIM Apprenticeships team. They are always there to help you with any problems or technical issues you are having, and they contact you regularly to make sure the site is working for you and you are not having any issues. AIM Apprenticeships is the way forward in vacancy advertising and I am very happy we now use this site to help maximise applicants, in a way that works for the candidates.

Louise Lloyd Ignite Sport Thames Valley

Ignite Sport engaged with AIM Apprenticeships early in 2015 looking for new talent around the local area. We were also looking for a company to help promote Ignite Sport Apprenticeships at local schools and events.

AIM has provided us a great service, benefiting from a range of new apprentices of high quality. AIM have constantly kept in communication with us, regarding their visiting schedules and updates. The candidates sent through, knew all about our apprenticeships and Ignite Sport as a company.

I would definitely recommend AIM to anyone looking for a tailored approach when looking for quality apprentices.

‘Aim Apprenticeships have offered a professional and consistent service over the past academic year. From the very first introduction session in the Autumn Term through to the placement of students later on in the year, Aim Apprenticeships have supported us as a Sixth Form in helping our students appreciate and realize all available options. Students’ confidence in the vacancy searching, application and interview process has developed and student feedback has been positive in relation to the support provided. Marianne Newbery BPS World Maidenhead

BPS World initially engaged with AIM Apprenticeships with the purpose of using their expertise to source quality candidates for our leading apprenticeship programme – Rising Stars.

Since then, AIM have used their extensive contacts, market reach and knowledge to attract outstanding talent. To achieve this, they developed a multi-channel campaign consisting of website advertising, social media and event promotion. AIM have forged excellent relationships with local educational establishments by creating best in class workshops focused on employability including how to write a CV, interview techniques and job application tips.

In summary, I would highly recommend AIM Apprenticeships to any corporate organisation looking for support in talent attraction. They’ve kept in regular contact, been proactive in their approach and have a genuine interest in the success of their candidates and our programme.

So far AIM have successfully supplied us with three recruitment Apprentices. We are constantly looking for new talent to support our outstanding growth plans and believe that AIM will be a key partner in helping us achieve this.
