Who we are..?

We offer an extensive portfolio of services to Further Education providers, as well as working directly with learners and employers offering high-quality education and training.

We have specialised in innovative training for the last decade, delivering apprenticeships, NVQ’s, literacy and numeracy qualifications, certificate programmes and short courses which meet the needs of employers and individuals interested in upskilling and expanding their knowledge base.

Our programmes are designed to complement employers’ existing in-house training provision and improve each learner’s knowledge and skills by assessing their core competencies against national standards.

In 2013 we acquired Learning at Work, England’s fastest growing specialist education publisher and the creator of truly ground-breaking online and paper distance learning materials. Alongside our delivery activity we can now supply the FE sector with access to eligible learners and employers interested in accredited training.

In November 2015, we acquired one of the region’s leading recruitment and learner find companies, WorkWise Personnel. Bringing WorkWise in-house enabled us to create a smooth link between our high quality training programmes, support for learners seeking work and employers looking to recruit and train employees.

With a team drawn from education and industry backgrounds, we have the right mix of academic and practical experience to provide exceptional bespoke training solutions to employers and learners while supporting FE providers to meet critical targets. Please select the appropriate section of the website to view the services we can supply to Employers, Learners and FE Providers.
