Welcoming Anchor to the team…

 2016 has gotten off to a great start, we’re welcoming new counties as we launch our nationwide campaign, new apprenticeships both on our website and released by the government, new aspects of our website and new companies on board. One in particular is Anchor, a great organisation offering opportunities within the caring industry, making a real difference to other people’s lives.

Anchor is England’s largest non-profit organisation specialising in housing and other care services for over 55 year olds. Providing for more than 40,000 people, Anchor prides themselves on maintain a great level of care through building long-term relationships, both with employees and customers. Being a non-profit organisation means that the revenue they generate is reinvested into the facilities and expert care provided. They have gained many accreditations and awards as a result of their highflying services. Some of these include; Your Care Rating awards, National Housing Federation award, R&RA award for the quality of life of older people in care and others in addition!

Offering a wide range of roles over a wide range of counties in the UK, from Business Administration to hands-on Care specific roles. Over the 12 months while working with Anchor, you’ll gain specific skills as a result of your comprehensive training within the role, which will progress to be extremely relevant when applying to future jobs. Their roles are Level 2 orientated and come with a great starting salary, which will increase once your probationary period is passed- once of the highest paid apprenticeship programmes in the Care Sector.
