Call handling skills as specified in the Technical Support engineers hand book
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to plan and manage workload
ADSL test and fault diagnostic skills, including the use of all relevant tools and systems
An understanding of the difference between LAN’s & WAN’s
Experience and a good understanding of email clients and web browsers

Qualification(s) Required :

3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above
