Basic IT Skills (PC, networking, hardware, software, etc)
Windows OS (7 and above)
MS Office
Positive, friendly and proven approach to customer service and an understanding of service levels
Organised and methodical approach to tasks, ability to manage time effectively across multiple tasks according to agreed priorities
Prioritisation of own and other engineers work
Excellent friendly telephone manner

Qualification(s) Required :

3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above
