Knowledge of programming in at least 1 language
Experience of Unix environment including navigation and environment variables
Experience of Windows environment including navigation and environment variables
Desirable:

Knowledge of Unix shell scripting
Knowledge of databases and data modelling principles
Development in an Eclipse environment
Java application servers (JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic)
