Ability to work well in a Team

Must be able to deal directly with clients in a friendly and highly confident manner demonstrating excellent internal and external customer communication skills
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
Work within challenging SLA’s
Always seen to be helpful when dealing with clients, and display professionalism and patience when offering advice and support
Functional Skills in ICT
Self-Starter, Able to Work Proactively whilst unattended, Punctual, Reliable and Conscientious

Qualification(s) Required :

3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject And GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, W7, W10 Office 2003 / 2010, Office 365
