1st line support and all it entails. Ticket qualification, basic troubleshooting and constant learning.


Demonstrated working in a fast-paced support environment
Good knowledge of all Office 365 components (migration to general use)
General troubleshooting of Windows 7 - 10
Office applications
Knowledge of Windows Small Business Server 2008 - 2012
Networking knowledge
Exchange servers
Backup technologies (cloud and on premise)
NAS box knowledge
DNS exposure
Draytek router configuration
Cabling knowledge (desired)
Cyber security knowledge (desired)
Mobile device management (desired)
MAC knowledge (desired)

Qualification(s) Required :


A Levels in ICT/Business/Computing Or an Apprenticeship in a similar subject (this must be at least the level below the planned programme) Or an International Baccalaureate at level 3 in ICT Or a BTEC Extended Diploma in IT (180 credits) For any City and Guilds programmes the learner must be 18 on the first day of their apprenticeship
