Good skills in using standard office software packages e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Ability to always be punctual with excellent attendance.

Qualification(s) Required :

5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) or equivalent including English and Maths. Experience of a retail or customer facing environment. Currently or recently studying A Levels, BTEC or equivalent.

Middlesex Universitys Hendon campus. Will be also working with other departments to ensure compliance PCI data security standards in relation to card payment processing and data storage, as appropriate for the level of transactions being processed. Maintain audit records of compliance checks for validation by payment card acquirers and issuers.
