Skills Required :


An enthusiastic and knowledgeable IT Support Apprentice who is able to learn quickly and troubleshoot effectively.
Troubleshooting and solving IT problems on PC's and Mac's on a daily basis, either on site or at client's office.
Call Handling - Answering customer queries directly on the phone where required and maintaining accurate records
Maintaining Client databases with up-to-date solutions and keep a clear record of all activities involved in the Call Tracking Software. This is an auditable activity and must contain up-to-date records.
Explaining technical issues in a clear way to non-technical clients
