Our business is the London based paperless ticket company providing a complete end-to-end online ticketing solution, supplying simple e-tickets to events whatever the size. Our philosophy is to keep everything as straightforward as possible, the recently released platform has been created with organisers and customers at the forefront of every decision. We wanted the process of purchasing a ticket to be as straightforward and painless as possible. Our platform has been custom-designed to be responsive on all devices, smartphones and web browsers. When building the organiser functionality, we liaised with a variety of organisers and venues of different sizes to think of ways to speed up the checking in process. We wanted to streamline queues and improve ticket validation at events to reduce stress to a minimum.
