We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our new and expanding back of house team, in a fast based, busy, branded premium bar, with a 400 cover capacity, this is a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie wanting to work in a busy airport

You will be preparing, cooking and presenting an amazing variety of food in accordance with our brand menu specifications and our high standards. You will also have the opportunity to mould, train and manage the Commis Chefs, providing them with motivation, encouragement and inspiration.

You will be working alongside some great Chefs and Sous Chefs and will further develop your culinary skills within a fast paced kitchen.

Your shifts will vary each week between 4am-11pm, we do have some flexible working and some flexibility, however, it is important you check you are able to get to and from the airport at these times.
