Working with a wonderful, friendly team, and on the job training that is in addition to the apprenticeship training.
Parking permits can be arranged but must be paid for by the apprentice.
If they are offered a perm role at the end of the apprenticeship, then an increase in pay will apply.
Casual dress code, unless we require you to dress smartly for client visits etc.

Skills Required :


A desire to learn all aspects of business administration.
Excellent spelling and English grammar.
Good skills in using standard office software packages e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to communicate clearly.
Excellent understanding of customer service skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Ability to always be punctual with excellent attendance

Qualification(s) Required :


5 GCSE’s (Grade B or above) or equivalent including English and Maths. Currently or recently studying A Levels, BTEC or equivalent. Experience of a retail or customer facing environment.

Middlesex Universitys Hendon campus. Will be also working with other departments to ensure compliance PCI data security standards in relation to card payment processing and data storage, as appropriate for the level of transactions being processed. Maintain audit records of compliance checks for validation by payment card acquirers and issuers.
