Skills Required :

Proven ability to personally deliver consistently high standards of quality in a customer service focused delivery environment.
Good analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and system problems.
Ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good numeracy

Qualification(s) Required :

Someone with 5 standards (Level 1 - 3) OR 5 National Level 5 grades, both qualifications including Maths and English would be ideal.

They are a large NHS Scotland organisation who provides contract management and support for national IT systems and services for the wider health service and public sector within Scotland.
