Skills Required :

Knowledge of Desktop PC's and Operating systems (Windows 7 / Windows 10)
Experience in providing server support, in particular small business server 2003/8 and server 2003/8/12/16, MS Exchange, Office 365
Basic knowledge of networking - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN’s
Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
The ability to work using own initiative and solves problems

Qualification(s) Required :

3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject, plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above
